RESCHEDULING POLICIES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE
LUXOR has a mandatory 5 HOUR rescheduling notice policy, we ask that you please provide us sufficient time to reschedule your appointment.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED
We do not offer cancellations only rescheduling notices. If you wish to cancel your appointment you will loose all of your deposit
A. APPOINTMENTS not rescheduled or no call no shows, will forfiet (cancel) 100% of the face value of the certificate , voucher or credit card fee payment .
IF YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT MORE THAN 2 TIMES YOU WILL LOOSE ALL YOUR DEPOSIT
WE MUST COMPENSATE OUR STAFF FOR SERVICES.
ONCE AN APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED, THAT TIME HAS BEEN RESERVED AND SPA IN UNABLE TO UTILIZE THAT TIME ALLOCATED FOR ANY OTHER RESERVATION.
B. GIFT CERTIFICATES
ANY GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASED ON LINE OR IN PERSON WILL NOT BE REFUNDED, YOU MAY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT PROVIDED YOU ALLOWED LUXOR A 5 HR RESCHEDULING NOTICE
NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS
WILL FORFEIT 100% OF THE GIFT CERTIFICATE or DEPOSIT
GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE FINAL SALES AND NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE. PAPER GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPIRE IN 2 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE
C. LIVING SOCIAL, GROUPON OR ANY OTHER ALREADY DISCOUNTED service
will forfeit ( cancel)the entire face value of the certificate or voucher. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause however we must pay our staff for appointments not kept
or RESCHEDULED 5 hrs before actual date of service.
